MTB In the Ribera del Ara
Hello.
On 2 April and in good weather (important and taken into account), we came together nine great bikers in the Official Language School to conduct the tour raised by section Btt the CMM.
English
On time (8.30 am), we took our cars, we loaded our bikes and leisurely morning enjoying the scenery and we went towards the Sobrarbe.
In Fiscal, meeting and start of the tour, everyone was ordered to march with their "gear" for the occasion. As a story indicating that the 10 th participant ("Tulio" pet Labrador one of the participants) had to be relegated to "decree" at the end of the pack on the evidence of his "dangerous carrier" on the fly.
With clear instructions that this was an excursion to stroll and enjoy the scenery and not a show of force (for that there would be time during it), we began to ride a paved trail from the right bank of the Ara and direction to Janov, was intuitively pleasing and suitable for those first moments.
Thus, little by little, we were walking miles and through small towns (Track remover, St. Juste, Ligüerre, Albella, Planillo, San Felices), where short stops and each saw things that caught our attention (shrines, wells, sinks, ovens, period architecture, etc.).. Almost without realizing we Janov Where after 18 Km played the scheduled stop of feeding. Photo of rigor and after a short break we crossed the river by Ara Lacort suspension bridge and go towards the Barranco de las Guarga and start the ascent to Giral (a small hamlet inhabited the Valley Solana).
At this point, and with the physical demands required this time was "free rein" to "machines" of the peloton will allow a series of training and release of testosterone (the kind that only they know and known). Indeed, the female of the group also made us more than one place on this stretch of the climb.
Done
the consolidation in the bridge and overcome Lacort upward track left us again in San Felices, we went and with renewed energy to the Prosecutor. Once there and after cooling and a change of clothes to be more comfortable, we went to the bar where the terrace and in response to a beer icy comment on the events of the day. Ramon (the owner of the bar), we are treated to a delicious and economical food for it all come with a good taste.
Ultimately, I think we've all spent a pleasant day of Btt.
See you in June in Chistau.

Hiking:
This Palm Sunday also played in the Club Montisonense hiking is so early in the morning we left a group of ten people to Ligüerre of five that would be the starting point this particular route.
first thing we had to do is leave a part of this first population group to bring a car to Humo, which would be our end of the day. Ligüerre back, beautiful town on the banks of the swamp and completely refurbished Grade, GR-1 we take that down a few meters, runs parallel to the reservoir to the characteristic narrowing between the walls of the Entremón Congosto.
crossed the bridge over the River Cinca and Ligüerre spotted a beautiful picture on the waters of the grade. We take the path that goes into the gorge, and a few meters, we meet to make a warning: in this natural landscape there are a lot of birds, and is required to remain silent as we go through this narrowness of magnificent beauty. Thus, the cool of the morning we heard a stunning concert of songs of birds that left us open-mouthed. Not always have this fortune, which is more suitable for the breeding season and the early hours of the day.
Excited many nightingales, finches and other fauna who accompanied us (some mountain goats with their little kids also surprised us), we were beating the various ledges and steps low difficulty among a lot of fun, treading paths with remnants of leaf litter under the dense vegetation and hanging vertical limestone walls that are crowned by the magnificent church of San Celedonio and San Emeterio. This path ends in an artificially lit tunnel and a shelf next to the dam of Medium in which we take in the sun a light snack, watching the waters on either side of it beautiful.
With the feeling of walking along a sea of \u200b\u200bblue water, we headed east along the path of Palo in a well maintained trail, the countryside is full of various flowers and yellow gorse, the white hawthorn and hundreds of flowers of thyme, rosemary, boxwood and seasonal seedlings. Among the stones we found a small snake a few days trying to save terrified, thinking ourselves giants with other intentions. Later we started a good pine decline from across the gorge of the River where we refresh Your Honor feet and we Humo.
missing only up to the Fortaleza de Muro de Roda, including most brilliant newly sprouted oak and holm oak mixed with large pines and lots of plants and shrubs. Everything was wonderful and made us very pleasant journey to the great fortress that is in the process of restoration, visiting the church, the chapels and the wall that surrounds a large religious compound - military construction around the year 1017 by Sancho III the Great in recovery campaign and Ribagorza Sobrarbe from the County of Aragon.
made this cultural visit back for Tierrantona track to regain the path, through the desert of Fumanal and their sources, back to where he finished Humo our journey.
short: again we see how close to home we have places of incalculable value and beauty that surprised all and sundry. Together, yes, a hot day that makes us think and take a bath in river. Spring has arrived with all his strength and splendor, and we have decided that we must seize it.

PEAK CLIMBING PADERNO
circular route
Besurta-Paderna-tube Paderna
montisonense Mountain Club has arranged for Sunday 17, the ascent of Pico de Paderna.
A group of Lolo, Miguel, Ricardo, Fernando, and Joy.
We left at 5 am. Monsoon arriving at 7am to the lower Besurta from there went to the shelter of the Renclusa, the snow is good enough for crampons, Ricardo choose rackets, from here the gap be felt and take a step that allows us to breathe slowly and enjoy this beautiful day. We see many people with ski mountain that target mainly the Maladetas and Aneto but there are also a group that takes our direction and we're not the only ones to climb Pico Paderna.
Shortly after arriving at the hill we mixed terrain, we are reluctant to take out our crampons as the last shovel if that is enough snow, a few meters before the top again the ground is not snow.
As with all climbs do not stop looking here and there in search of peaks, hills and other alternatives for following departures, we rest and do the required pictures, eat and after a good time we're friendly chat down, this time by the direct route Paderna tubes, "but something more inclined to turn more exciting." At the moment the snow is still in good condition, starts to turn but still can not nail down too, so that when we began to sink almost're down, because sometimes we are buried to the waist, had to pay close attention because is easy to find with any injury is not desirable.

Vadiello
Building this strange almost summer weekend some members departed at 9.30 am to Vadiello Monzón, climbing area near Huesca. It is located near the dam that bears his name and has many scattered areas and the surrounding areas. It's a dark corner when you first arrive not imagine that there may be hidden a natural setting as well.
were in the area called training wall, which was way hard of V + to 6b. The type of climbing is very different from what we have close to Monsoon, the walls are made of a very small cluster, where prisoners have little hands to grip, which forced to rely on the feet which are small pieces but also very sticky.

CONGOST of Obarra
On Sunday April 3, section hiking the club we went to visit a section of the GR 18.1 (Ribagorza trails), namely the one that goes to Laspaules Beranuy. Monzón We left by bus around 7:00, and shortly thereafter at 8:30, twenty walkers we used to walk in Beranuy.
The path is the old road informing people of the valley Isábena and trancurre between forests and abandoned fields, but the road is in perfect condition and with plenty of red and white markings. Little by little we went through Morens and after a good ledge we Calvera. Here we take a small breakfast and began the descent to the monastery of Obarra, jewel of Romanesque Ribagorza. Take a moment to get a group picture and continue the march towards Ballabriga, before crossing the river Isábena by a beautiful bridge.
From Ballabriga continuous rise up to "La Croquette", which is nothing more than a rock ledge overlooking the entrance to the gorge of Obarra. From here, overlooking the valley towards the south and enjoy the view of the monastery located below 300 meters vertical. Give us a break and regrouped after the climb, the gorge opened before us, the landscape is wild and disclose to a deer that escapes our presence.
From here the road is already plain through the gorge, until we reached the track leading to thicken. The bus is near, and some group members are tempted and decide to end the tour here ... not in vain and we have 14 km and 900 meters of altitude ... the rest remains determined to reach Laspaules and get together there with the bus.
The trail continues across the Rio Blanco low a bit grown up and forces us to barefoot ... the water is cool, but you can endure ... We eat by the river and continue walking. We will cross two more times, but no longer necessary to remove the boots. The landscape changes as we get closer to the mountains. The day is overcast and we obscures the mountains that surround us: the Turbón, Cotiella, Peña of the Eleven, Sierra de Chia ... all loaded with snow. We like some droplets of water, but we're close to our destination. Before we go through Vilaplana, typical Pyrenean village where the buildings are not yet modern and renovated homes ... a little trip to the past ... In just ten minutes from here we Laspaules and regrouped at the bar for a drink and cool. It's been a long day of hiking, a little over eight hours! but we enjoyed the mountain scenery and villages of the Pyrenees in all its glory.
